It is now common for many people to spend a number of hours every day sitting in front of a computer. People who work in offices can spend up to eight or more hours a day at a computer. And if you don’t know how to use your body well and efficiently, you can cause yourself immeasurable damage.

I have had rounded, hunched shoulders for years. I would continually try to stand up straight but I would always slip back into my original posture. Charlotte only worked on me for ten minutes and in that short time, she showed me the alignment my body was looking for with a light touch and followed it up with some shoulder exercises. I felt something shift and it suddenly felt easier to hold the right posture than revert to my original bad habits.
Now I am correcting myself much more easily and I am walking far more upright than ever before. I feel a changed person! It was so profound for such a short amount of time – I would love to have more sessions!
